Cheese Platter - Assorted cheeses, grilled pineapple, seedless grapes, strawberries and crackers.
Hummus Platter - House-made black bean hummus with grilled pita, grissini, grilled pineapple, marinated olives, baby carrots and roasted grape tomatoes.
Shrimp Cocktail – 4 colossal shrimp with mango cocktail sauce.
Tempura Brussels Sprouts – Tempura battered brussels sprouts with a honey lemon drizzle.
Traditional Green Salad – Lettuce mix, carrots, cucumber, red onion, tomato, croutons and choice of dressing.
Kale Salad – Kale greens, dried cranberries, mandarin, pecans, red onion tossed in a citrus vinaigrette.
Shrimp Bisque – Rich and creamy house-made bisque served in a mini French boule.
Filet Mignon – 8 ounce grilled beef tenderloin filet with baked potato and fried corn on the cob topped with queso cheese.
Chicken a l’Orange – Bone-in breast of chicken stewed in a sweet and savory honey and orange juice sauce with pineapple infused risotto and brown sugar and vanilla glazed baby carrots.
Pan Seared Barramundi – Seared barramundi and butternut squash ravioli with lemon mango butter sauce and steamed broccoli.
Keylime Pie – Layers of lime mousse, white cake and sweetened cream cheese with white chocolate curls and lime jelly candy.
New York Cheesecake – Classic New York style cheesecake topped with macerated strawberries.
